Ingredients

old fashioned oats - 8 tablespoon
pumpkin - 4 tablespoon
cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
honey - 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Use hot water to cook old fashioned oats according to instructions on package.
  2. While oatmeal is cooking, dice pumpkin into small cubes and simmer in honey over medium high heat.
  3. Cook pumpkin for 10 minutes and add to oatmeal.
  4. Top with cinnamon and serve hot!
