Ingredients

sirloin steak - 4 ounce
cremini mushrooms - 2 ounce
swiss cheese - 1 1/2 ounce
garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoon
tomato - 1 ounce
broccoli - 1 ounce
extra virgin olive oil - 1 1/2 teaspoon
salt - 1/8 teaspoon
black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Prepare vegetables. Chop tomato, slice mushrooms, cut broccoli into florets, and mince garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high. Add cubed steak pieces and brown on each side, about a minute per side. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and set aside. Add mushrooms and broccoli to skillet. Saute for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Place all vegetables and steak in an ovenproof dish. Top with cheese and minced garlic. Bake in oven until cheese has melted and is bubbling.
  5. Remove from oven, let cool, and serve.
