Steak and Mushroom Melt Plate

sirloin steak - 4 ounce
cremini mushrooms - 2 ounce
swiss cheese - 1 1/2 ounce
garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoon
tomato - 1 ounce
broccoli - 1 ounce
extra virgin olive oil - 1 1/2 teaspoon
salt - 1/8 teaspoon
black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Prepare vegetables. Chop tomato, slice mushrooms, cut broccoli into florets, and mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high. Add cubed steak pieces and brown on each side, about a minute per side. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and set aside. Add mushrooms and broccoli to skillet. Saute for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Place all vegetables and steak in an ovenproof dish. Top with cheese and minced garlic. Bake in oven until cheese has melted and is bubbling.
- Remove from oven, let cool, and serve.
